An evaporator comprises a crucible (1) for accommodating an evaporation material. A body wall of the crucible (1) comprises an inner wall (11) and an outer wall (12). A chamber (13) is formed between the inner wall (11) and the outer wall (12). The chamber (13) is filled with inorganic salt (2) and a heating element (3) for heating the crucible (1). Also disclosed are a method for manufacturing the evaporator and use of the evaporator. |
