A printed wiring board which is capable of maintaining grounding effect and function of reinforcement over a long period of time with high reliability. A printed wiring board which comprises: a base member 112 that is provided with a wiring pattern 115 for grounding; and a reinforcing member 135 for printed wiring boards, which is bonded to the wiring pattern 115 for grounding in an electrically connected state. The reinforcing member 135 for printed wiring boards is provided with: a metal base layer 135a; and a nickel layer 135b that is bonded at least to a surface of the metal base layer 135a by diffusion bonding, said surface being on the reverse side of the surface that is bonded to the wiring pattern 115 for grounding.
