PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve problems that a power supply voltage is largely fluctuated resulting from a situation such as a failure of power supply or fluctuation in load, and even if the voltage is recovered to a normal level, cooking is newly resumed since a cooking state is generally forced to be reset in such a case, in an induction heating cooker such as an induction heating type electric pressure pan. SOLUTION: The heating cooker comprises a pan, a heating means for inducting and heating the pan, a heating control means for controlling a heating state of the pan by the heating means, a temperature detection means for detecting a temperature of the pan, and an easy storage means for storing data necessary for the controlling. The heating cooker further comprises a power supply voltage detection means for detecting a power supply voltage, and a cooking control means for storing a cooking state at the time when the voltage detected by the voltage detection means does not exist within a prescribed normal voltage range and for performing the cooking in the cooking state stored in the storage means by operating the heating means again when the voltage is recovered within the normal voltage range.
