PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a conductive rubber composition having excellent elasticity, ion conductivity and mechanical properties. SOLUTION: The electrically conductive rubber composition contains (A) an acrylonitrile-butadiene rubber and (B) a monoalkylimidazolium-type ionic liquid expressed by general formula (1) (A<SP>+</SP>is a monoalkylimidazolium; and B<SP>-</SP>is bis(trifluoromethylsulfonyl)imide) as essential components.
