PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a toilet paper holder allowing a user to easily attach a toilet paper roll without being journaled by the core shaft of the toilet paper roll or supported by a roller, etc. and to smoothly draw out paper for use. SOLUTION: The toilet paper holder is for holding rolled toilet paper. The toilet paper holder is characterized by a storage case 3 with a sliding means 4 for easily sliding and rotating the toilet paper roll when the toilet paper is drawn out without journaling the core of the toilet paper roll, and a lid body with a paper cutting plate 2 or cutting part to be pressed from above when the toilet paper is drawn out.
