PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an adhesive tape winding device capable of continuously using an adhesive tape without cutting even when the adhesive force of the adhesive tape is deteriorated. SOLUTION: The adhesive tape 6 is mounted on the distal end roll tube of a roll tube support shaft 8 with a grip. The distal end of the adhesive tape is stuck onto a winding tube 7 which is mounted on a rear part roll tube. The winding tube automatically winds up the adhesive tape from the distal end role tube in response to the feeding speed (amount) of the adhesive tape in the case of forward rotation in one direction in interlocking reciprocative rotation via gears or an endless belt. The adhesive tape winding device winds the adhesive tape with the adhesive work deteriorated therein by the rear part winding tube in a state where the tape is tightly stretched without loosening.
