PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system which facilitates the detection of the leakage of a concentrated oxygen gas due to the omission of closing a humidifier, the attachment mistake, the degradation of a gasket of the humidifier or the like, and enables the direct and simple leakage volume alarm setting. SOLUTION: The oxygen concentrator is equipped with an oxygen concentration means to separate the oxygen in the air, a humidification means to humidify the generated oxygen gas and an oxygen supplying means to supply the humidified oxygen gas to a user, wherein a flowmeter to measure the flow quantity of the oxygen gas and a stop valve are respectively disposed at the upper stream of the humidification means and the lower stream of the humidification means, and a humidifier leakage detection means is disposed to detect the gas leakage of the humidifier from the oxygen gas flow quantity value of the flowmeter when the supply of the humidified oxygen gas is temporarily stopped by the stop valve.
