<p>The saw blade (2) is attached with a central opening to a rotating spindle (4). The diameter of the spindle (4) in front of the blade (2) is smaller (13) than the diameter behind (14). The saw blade (2) located between a clamping disk (5) and a pressure sleeve (12) has a recessed step (17,18) at its inner edge to be positioned on top of a step formed inside the groove (15) at the transition area to the higher segment (14) of the spindle (4). The groove (15) is wide enough to accommodate a machining tool with a thicker inner edge or a disk in combination with a machining tool. An independent claim is made for a pipe cutting device with a specifically shaped spindle.</p> |
