A mobile communication terminal with a function of heat discharge is provided to discharge effectively heat generated from a main PCB(Printed Circuit Board) to the outside of the terminal, thereby preventing the property deterioration and fault of the whole terminal and preventing heat from being directly conducted to user's face. A mobile communication terminal(100) with a function of heat discharge comprises the followings: a front case(110); a rear case(120) which receives a main PCB(Printed Circuit Board)(130) with the front case and is formed for a battery to be mounted to the rear side, and has a battery mounting unit where a hole(122) is formed in the center of a side toward the main PCB; and a back cover which is arranged to close the hole of the battery mounting unit(121) between the rear case and the main PCB, and where heat discharing fins are projectedly formed in a body at least in some areas, and which is composed of metal materials.
