PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To dispose a replica to enable a plurality of users to access a content with as small delay time as possible in a content distribution network.SOLUTION: A content distribution network 1 includes: a plurality of storage units for storing contents; and a plurality of nodes 2 each including a distribution unit for distributing the contents to user terminals 3. Each node 2 includes: an evaluation value calculation unit for calculating respective evaluation values between each user terminal 3 which uses a content and each node 2; and a disposition determination unit for determining a node 2 having a minimal evaluation value among the values calculated by the evaluation value calculation unit, as a position for disposing the content.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
