LIGHT CALIBRATION METHOD OF WIRE BONDER

A lighting calibration method of a wire bonder is provided to prevent deviation of recognition values of a reference pattern at each illumination device by recognizing the reference pattern with the same reference. A lighting calibration method of a wire bonder includes the steps of: setting a brightness reference value of a light source illuminating a material(S100); and adjusting a current supplied to the light source based on the reference value(S200). The step of setting the brightness reference value includes the steps of: inputting a minute current to the light source; determining whether light of the light source emitted by the inputted current is the maximum read by an ADC(Analog to Digital Converter); memorizing the current inputted to the light source and a conversion value of the ADC corresponding to the current if the light is the maximum; dividing the conversion value into a plurality of steps based on the memorized value; and setting reference values by each of the steps.
