A construction method of a landfill for preventing the leakage of water on the bottom or a slope of the clay and soil treated with solidifying material is provided to prevent the outflow of leachate, the inflow of rainwater, and the water leakage of the bottom of a reservoir or a slope by installing a water stop plate on the bottom or a slope. A construction method of a landfill for preventing the leakage of water on the bottom or a slope of the clay and soil treated with solidifying material comprises the steps of: forming a lower structure by installing an intercepting sewer(10) to intercept underground water, discharge water, and leveling and tamping soil, installing an FRP water stop plate(1) and forming a cover layer on the upper part, and installing a leachate intercepting sewer(9) in the cover layer to leach leachate from waste material(17) in a landfill; and forming an upper structure which covers not to make rainwater flow inward after the waste material is disposed in the landfill completely by covering with clay or soil treated with solidifying material(7), and installing an FRP water stop plate on the upper part to prevent the permeation of rainwater, and then covering with clay, and installing rainwater intercepting sewers(11) at regular intervals to dispose of surface water by rainwater, wherein a cover layer is formed on an FRP water stop plate to install sports facilities or to form a park with turf or plants, and a drain layer(5) is formed between a cover layer and an FRP water stop plate to guide rainwater to rainwater intercepting sewers and to prevent the inflow of rainwater to a landfill. |
