Disclosed is a pharmaceutically stable solution for preventing or reducing emesis comprising from about 0.03 mg/mL to about 0.2 mg/mL palonosetron or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof; and a pharmaceutically acceptable carrier; wherein the pH is about 4.0 to about 6.0.
