PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a nonaqueous electrolytic solution of which the percentage of fire-resistant solvent is made higher than that in the past.SOLUTION: A nonaqueous electrolytic solution comprises: a solvent including at least one selected from a group consisting of hydrofluoroether, perfluoro polyether and phosphazene; and an electrolyte expressed by the following formula (1): Li[B(OR)(OR)(OR)(OR)] (1).
