<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a CDMA receiving device which can improve a receiving property with resources effectively utilized in assigning fingers. <P>SOLUTION: In a delay profile producing unit (104), a time range is sectioned to produce a plurality of delay profiles (105-1 to 105-J). In path detectors (106-1 to 106-J), paths are detected from the plurality of the delay profiles (105-1 to 105-J). In delay spread calculation units (109-1 to 109-J), delay spreads are calculated based on the path detected. In a finger assigning number calculation unit (111), finger assigning numbers are calculated based on the number of the paths detected and the delay spread.
