COMMUNICATION APPARATUS, MAINTENANCE SYSTEM, MAINTENANCE METHOD AND COMPUTER PROGRAM

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a maintenance system for acquiring required maintenance data only by transmitting identification information on a site where a device to be maintained is installed, and reducing human error such as using wrong maintenance data for maintenance.

SOLUTION: The maintenance system is provided with a mobile phone 1 connected to the device to be maintained and a server device 2 which is connected with the mobile phone 1 so as to communicate data and registers a maintenance program required for maintenance work. The server device 2 stores the maintenance program and identification data (serial number) specifying the device 4 to be maintained in association with each other. The identification data are then input to the mobile phone 1 and the identification data are transmitted from the mobile phone 1 to the server device 2. The maintenance program corresponding to the transmitted identification data is transmitted from the server device 2 to the mobile phone 1, and the maintenance program is supplied to the device 4 to be maintained connected with the mobile phone 1.
