PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide aγ' precipitation-strengthening type Ni-based alloy which has improved corrosion resistance, heat treatment properties and weldability, while maintaining high strength. SOLUTION: The Ni-based alloy includes, by mass, 5 to 15% Co, 13 to 15.5% Cr, 4.0 to 5.5% Al, 0.1 to 2.0% Ti, 0.1 to 1.0% Nb, 0.1 to 3.0% Ta, 0.1 to 2.0% Mo, 4.5 to 10% W, 0.1 to 2.0% Hf, 0.05 to 0.20% C, 0.001 to 0.03% B, 0.01 to 0.1% Zr and the balance Ni except unavoidable impurities.
