CORE-SHELL-TYPE SEMICONDUCTOR NANOPARTICLE AND ITS MANUFACTURING METHOD

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a core-shell-type semiconductor nanoparticle that exhibits a suppressed blinking phenomenon and enhanced luminous intensity by improving a core-shell-type semiconductor nanoparticle from the viewpoint of an impurity concentration in a shell, core/shell lattice mismatch and the like, and to provide a manufacturing method of the nanoparticle. SOLUTION: The core-shell-type semiconductor nanoparticle is a core-shell-type semiconductor nanoparticle having a core portion and a shell layer, where the impurity concentration in the shell layer is at most 5.0 atom percent and the core/shell lattice mismatching ratio is at most 15%.
