PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for reacting an organic compound by which the high reaction selectivity and the rate of forming an objective substance are secured according to the object, and to provide a production method. SOLUTION: The method for producing the organic compound includes carrying out an organic reaction in a thin-membrane fluid obtained by using at least two kinds of fluids in which at least one kind of the organic compound is contained in at least one kind of the fluids, and at least one kind of the fluids except the fluid is at least one kind of reactants in a liquid shape or contains at least one kind of the reactants in a solution, and which is formed by arranging the fluids so as to face to each other so as to be approached or separated, and by allowing each fluid to interflow with each other in the thin-membrane fluid formed between rotating treating faces in which at least one rotates based on the other.
