<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a front door opening/closing device capable of reducing a space in a vehicle width direction necessary for opening/closing. <P>SOLUTION: A front door 13 is configured to be supported by a slide mechanism, and slidingly opened toward a vehicle front side from a fully closed position. On the other hand, a base 22 is fixed in a front pillar 12b of a vehicle body 12, and on the upper surface of this base 22, a folding mechanism 24 with a guide rail and a slider is arranged, and moreover, a mirror body 23 is supported in the base 22 via this folding mechanism 24. The guide rail is formed in a curved shape with its vehicle 11 side protruded, thereby allowing the mirror body 23 to be folded toward the vehicle 11 side on the vehicle front side relative to the front door 13, and preventing the mirror body 23 from being an obstacle when the front door 13 is opened with the mirror body 23 folded. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT |
