The purpose of the present invention is to provide a separator for a secondary cell at a low cost, with which it is possible to achieve adhesion with an electrode and dimensional stability. The present invention is a separator for a secondary cell in which a porous layer is laminated on at least one surface of a porous substrate, the porous layer containing: fluorine resin particles having an average grain diameter of 0.01-1.00 μm, the fluorine resin particles using a fluorine resin having a weight-average molecular weight of 10,000-5,000,000; and inorganic particles having an average grain diameter of 0.10-5.0 μm. |
