The present invention relates to a coupon management server and a coupon management method for providing coupons having a short valid period, comprising: a control platform for providing a coupon application; a coupon platform for generating a coupon according to a coupon issue request, which is transmitted from a franchise terminal in which the coupon application has been installed; and a matching platform for selecting a user terminal and providing the coupon, wherein the matching platform selects a second user terminal and provides the coupon when a coupon retransmission request is transmitted from the user terminal. According to the present invention, different number of coupons, coupons for different discount items, or coupons for different discount amounts can be generated depending on the sales status of the franchise, and advertisement effectiveness and coupon usage for the franchise can be increased. |
