PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To determine whether service execution between apparatuses is possible before radio LAN connection is made and to make the radio LAN connection only when the service execution is possible.SOLUTION: A communications device includes: determination means of determining whether to transmit a response message for a received request message if a requester own device and a communication partner device are both assigned as a requester when a handover is made; and transmission means of transmitting a response message indicative of a denial of a connection by a second communication system requested in a request message received from the other communication device to the other communication device without reference to whether the connection by the second communication system can be made when the determination means determines to transmit the response message.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 8 |
