PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a photo-electric consolidation unit which enables easy replacement work and reduces transmission loss of a signal transmitted between itself and an element mounting unit thereby preventing the quality deterioration of the signal.SOLUTION: A photo-electric consolidation unit 51 is connected to a socket with an element mounting unit 41 on which a semiconductor integrated circuit element 21 is mounted. An optical element 24 having at least one of a light emitting part 25 and a light receiving unit and a semiconductor integrated circuit element 27 for driving the optical element 24 are mounted on the photo-electric consolidation unit 51. Further, the photo-electric consolidation unit 51 includes a first wiring board 50 having a first substrate rear surface 53 and surfaces 52, 54, 112 other than the first substrate rear surface 53. A first electrode 62, with which a conductive metal component 91 contacts, is disposed on the first substrate rear surface 53. A second electrode 113 electrically connected with the element mounting unit 41 is disposed on the surface 112 other than the first substrate rear surface 53. |
