To eliminate deterioration of power conversion efficiency due to a high-frequency common mode current, in the case where the floating capacitance of a circuit connected to a power conversion device is large. This power conversion device is provided with: a power converter, which includes a plurality of first semiconductor switching elements and a first smoothing capacitor, and converts direct current power into alternating current power, said direct current power having been supplied from a direct current circuit; an impedance element, which is provided in a connection circuit including a direct current circuit or an alternating current circuit, and has an impedance with respect to a common mode current based on switching harmonics of the first semiconductor switching elements; a first fin that cools the first semiconductor switching elements; and a first conductor, which electrically connects the first fin and the first smoothing capacitor to each other, and has a lower impedance than the impedance of the impedance element with respect to the common mode current. |
