PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a polyolefin-coated steel material capable of preventing interfacial peeling with high adhesion force, concerning a 3-layered polyolefin-coated steel material.SOLUTION: The degree of cure of powdery epoxy primer is adjusted at 30-120%, and graft modification by maleic anhydride is adopted as a modification method of modified polyolefin, to thereby attain high adhesion force, and a resin strength ratio between breaking strength of modified polyolefin and yield point strength of polyolefin is adjusted at 0.5-1.3 to thereby destruct a modified polyolefin layer 4 in advance during elastic deformation of the polyolefin, to thereby prevent primer interfacial peeling.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
