PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make it possible to inspect whether or not test water contains a regulation value or more of Legionella bacteria easily and in a short time.SOLUTION: After a predetermined amount of test water whose pH is adjusted to be 2.0 to 4.5 is allowed to pass through a glass fiber filter paper 210 having 2.7 μm or less of a pore size for holding particles in a test water tank 110, a glass fiber filter paper 210 is dewatered by sending purge gas from a first syringe 241. Buffer solution containing surfactant is added to the glass fiber filter paper 210 from a second syringe 251, and the glass fiber filter paper 210 is heated by a heater 225. By sending purge gas again from the first syringe 241, liquid content attached to the glass fiber filter paper 210 is flown to a collection path 271 to collect the liquid content, and the liquid content is applied to an immunochromato test paper for inspecting Legionella bacteria.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
