PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vehicle dispatch system and a vehicle dispatch method for further increasing accuracy of a distribution state of a taxi user.SOLUTION: A vehicle dispatch system 100 includes: traffic information acquisition means (server 10) for acquiring traffic information; weather information acquisition means (weather radar 20) for acquiring weather information; detail weather information acquisition means (probe data acquisition device 60) for acquiring detail weather information on the basis of information relating to a vehicle; input means (terminal 70) installed in the vehicle for inputting the use longitude/latitude information of a vehicle user; processing means (information processor 40) for estimating an area where the generation of the vehicle user is predicted on the basis of the traffic information, weather information, detail weather information and use longitude/latitude information, and for creating a generation distribution diagram of the vehicle user; and display means (terminal 70) installed in the vehicle for displaying the generation distribution diagram. |
