FIELD: food products. ^ SUBSTANCE: device comprises housing with discharge zone. Pump and control valve are connected to the source of diluent subject to discharging in discharge zone. The housing comprises cartridge intake zone and discharging executive mechanism. Cartridge with concentrate/extract is remotely placed into the cartridge intake zone in the position to be actuated by the discharging executive mechanism. Cartridge with concentrate/extract is designed for retaining the concentrate/extract and is fitted with outlet for discharging it to the discharge zone after cartridge with concentrate/extract is placed to the cartridge intake zone. The housing is fitted with a controller to regulate the executive mechanism for discharging concentrate/extract out of the cartridge. Method of discharging the chosen beverage made out of concentrate/extract and diluent is proposed as well. ^ EFFECT: invention ensures easy-to-use and simple method of mixing and discharging beverages from single device. ^ 47 cl, 24 dwg
