FIELD: mining. ^ SUBSTANCE: procedure consists in radiation control, in cleaning external and internal surfaces of pipes from sediments and contaminations, in visual and apparatus control of quality, in layneering, in threading and control over quality of thread, in testing with hydraulic pressure, in screwing on couplings and protecting parts, and in marking and packing of pipes. The most worn or subjected to the most intensive wear during operation sections of pipes are banded by means of applying bands on these sections in form of sleeves with lengthwise cut along the whole length. External surface of damaged sections is preliminary cleaned to metallic lustre, further a sealant is applied on the surface, bands are compacted to complete engagement of their internal surface to external surface of pipes; then efforts are exerted for polymerisation of sealant and the band is fastened on a defective section of a flow string by means of gluing their conjugating surfaces between them. ^ EFFECT: increased bearing capacity of pipes and their operational efficiency. |
