PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain efficiently relaxation effects, and bacteria and odor eliminating effects by reducing the number of particulate water decreasing up to the supply when the charged particulate water is produced and supplied to a vehicle interior. SOLUTION: An electrostatic atomizer A is constituted by an electrostatic atomization part 70 applying a high voltage to water to make the charged particulate water, and a channel part 71 guiding the charged particulate water produced in the electrostatic atomization part 70. The channel part 71 is formed in a linear shape, and its inner periphery is formed smoothly. The electrostatic atomizer A is attached to a vehicular air conditioner. An end side of the channel part 71 projects in a driver seat side side vent duct of the air conditioner, and an end side opening 71b of the channel part 71 is positioned in the vicinity of a blast opening of the side vent duct.
