<p>A handle (3) for a baking pan, which is a part of an electric frying device, includes projecting lugs (11) fixedly connected with sides of the baking pan and extending outward from said baking pan (1). There is a short axis (12) in each projecting lug (11). A handle mainbody (31) is connected pivotedly with said short axis (12). An elastic sheet (33) and a tongue (34) extending outward are included in said handle mainbody (31). In one state that said handle mainbody (31) turns over relative to said short axis (12), said tongue (34) of said handle mainbody (31) and the edge of the case of said electric frying device at the same side are seized together, and the elastic sheet (33) on said handle mainbody (31) contacts with the edge of the projecting lug (11). In another state that said handle mainbody (31) turns over relative to said short axis (12), said tongue (34) of said handle mainbody (31) escapes from the edge of the case of said electric frying device at the same side, and the elastic sheet (33) on said handle mainbody (31) escapes from the projecting lug (11).</p> |
