<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inverter unit wherein variation in impedance from phase to phase is suppressed. <P>SOLUTION: The inverter unit includes a rectangular parallelepiped cooling unit 20 and switching circuits of respective phases having current paths identical in shape are disposed on the different surfaces of the cooling unit 20 on a phase-by-phase basis. Each of the switching circuits includes high-side and low-side switching elements SW. An output terminal 12 extended from a coupling portion 12c where the low-side terminal of the high-side element and the high-side terminal of the low-side element, goes through a position at equal distances from the high-side element and the low-side element. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT |
