PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a slot machine capable of avoiding competition between a credit settlement and a token dispensing settlement. SOLUTION: A dispensing processing is executed on condition that a token dispenser 20 is in a dispensable state (a dispenser preparation signal BRDY is active). When a dispensing button signal MDS according to the operation of a dispensing button is fed to the token dispenser 20, the token dispenser 20 makes the dispenser preparation signal BRDY active on condition that a game machine preparation signal PRDY is active. When the number of credits is 0, a main board 30 makes a dispensing forbidden signal MDINH inactive and permits to make the game machine preparation signal PRDY active. When the number of credit is 0 and no settlement is required, this constitution permits the dispensing processing, however, when the number of credits is 1 or more, prioritizes the settlement processing.
