PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a game board of a Pachinko game machine (pinball game machine) in which the deformation of a rail member is prevented. SOLUTION: The Pachinko game machine includes: the game board 10 provided with a prescribed game area PA on the front surface side; a front frame for housing and holding the game board 10; a hitting mechanism provided below the game board 10 in the front frame, for hitting a game ball toward the game area PA; and a rail member 50 provided on the peripheral part of the game area on the front surface of the game board, for guiding the game ball hit from the hitting mechanism to the game area PA. On the back surface side of a part where the thickness of the rail member 50 in a direction along the front surface of the game board 10 is the minimum in the rail member 50, a projection part 56 projecting to the back surface side is formed.
