PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that needling of applying thread to a band for reefing the annulus and the aortic annulus cannot be controlled under direct vision when executing aortic valvuloplasty and thus the aortic valvuloplasty is technically difficult. SOLUTION: In order to dissolve the difficulty of the aortic valvuloplasty, in the aortic annulus reefing band holder, a large diameter upper edge part and a large diameter lower edge part are formed at the upper and lower parts of a small diameter center part, and a ring-like aortic annulus reefing band wound around the small diameter center part and bonded at both ends is prevented from falling by the large diameter upper edge part and the large diameter lower edge part.
