The present invention addresses the problem of providing a liquid-droplet discharging head unit, a method for adjusting the position of a liquid-droplet discharging head, and an image forming apparatus which exhibit excellent impact position precision for liquid droplets on a recording medium and which enable easy adjustment of the positional precision. This liquid-droplet discharging head unit is characterized by comprising a liquid-droplet discharging head 2 for discharging liquid droplets, a holding section 3, a housing 53 that can be rotated by a rotation shaft member 52, an adjustment screw 54, and a position adjusting section 51 provided in the housing 53, and by satisfying formula (1).
