A handwriting recording device and a handwriting recording method. The handwriting recording device comprises: a sensing module (11), used for sensing real-time position information of the handwriting recording device; and a processing module (13), used for generating a movement track of the handwriting recording device according to the real-time position information, and generating storable information according to the movement track. The handwriting recording device does not depend on a bearing surface, helps a user record information anytime and anywhere, remarkably improves the flexibility of recording information by the user, and greatly improves user experience. |
