PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a printed circuit board assembly having a double-ended male blade electrical terminal.SOLUTION: A double-ended terminal comprises: a first blade 40 with a substantially uniform first thickness T1; and a second blade 42, opposite to the first blade 40, which has an embossed central region providing a substantially uniform second thickness T2. The effective thickness T2 of the second blade 42 is greater than the first thickness T1 of the first blade 40. The terminal may be used in an electrical center of an automobile to interconnect a female socket in a vehicle wiring harness to an electronic device, such as a fuse or a relay, having a socket terminal that is mounted on a PCB. The present invention further discloses a manufacturing method of the double ended-terminal and so forth.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4D |
