PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problems that galvanic corrosion causing poor appearance or malfunction may occur at a connection portion in a wiper arm, and it is difficult to prevent the galvanic corrosion.SOLUTION: A wiper arm bearing is fitted into a fitting hole provided at a wiper arm base end part, and is used in rotatably connecting the wiper arm base end part and a wiper arm. The wiper arm bearing has a double layer structure comprising an outer surface layer and an inner surface layer.
