PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a new pomegranate lactic fermentation drink which effectively uses squeezed residues of pomegranate juice having been scrapped, has a high medicinal effect, and can easily be drunk. SOLUTION: This pomegranate lactic fermentation drink is characterized by containing a fermentation liquid obtained by fermenting a lactic fermentation raw liquid containing a pomegranate seed water extract and a pomegranate juice as main components with lactobacillus. |
