PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To allow measurement for a vibration characteristic in 10 kHz or more of frequency, and to enhance a detection precision for the vibration characteristic. SOLUTION: This measuring device is provided with an intrinsic vibration means 3 fixing a measured object 2 and having a layered piezoelectric element for vibrating the measured object 2, a vibration detecting means 5 for detecting the vibration of the object 2 using a Doppler effect by irradiating the object 2 vibrated by the intrinsic vibration means 3 with a laser beam, and an operation means 6 for computing a Young's modulus of the object 2 and a loss factor using a detected result from the detecting means 5. A layered piezoelectric actuator is used for the intrinsic vibration means 3, and a laser doppler vibration meter is used as the vibration detecting means 5. |
