<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a positive photosensitive lithographic printing original plate which excels in inking property of an image area, gives good prints, and suppresses generation of deposits such as development scum and sludge in a developer. <P>SOLUTION: The lithographic printing original plate has on a support a recording layer containing a high molecular compound having (1) a structure represented by general formula (1), (2) a structure represented by formula (2) and (3) a monovalent side chain structure having ≥6 carbon atoms and an infrared absorbent. In the formula (1), Rf is a substituent containing a fluoroalkyl or perfluoroalkyl group having ≥9 fluorine atoms; and n is an integer of 1-3.
