An LED signal lamp is provided to prevent an erroneous operation of LED signal lamp by melting snow thereon using a heat member. An LED(Light Emitting Diode) signal lamp includes a power supply device(21), an LED module(22), a real time IC(Integrated Circuit)(23), a power maintain device(25), a heat member(26), a sensor(28), and a microprocessor(24). The power supply device receives a source voltage for controlling the LED signal lamp and supplies driving source voltage so as to drive the LED module. The LED module is illuminated according to the driving source voltage. The real time IC supplies date and time information. The power maintain device supplies a source voltage for the heat member in addition to the driving source voltage. The heat member, which is installed at a lens unit, radiates heat by receiving the source voltage. The sensor detects the accumulation of snow in the lens unit. The microprocessor determines weather according to data from the real time IC and controls the power maintain device to supply the source voltage to the heat member when the accumulation of the snow is detected at the lens unit in winter. |
