PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a data communication system by a multiple time transmission system capable of further improving data transmission reliability by simple circuit processing. SOLUTION: When transmitting the same contents more than once, following the first normal logical frame including normal content, a logically inverted frame in which each of bits is logically inverted is transmitted. In reception, matching and non-matching of the respective bits of both frames are checked, and communication is judged as being normal when the respective bits do not match respectively.
