A method for manufacturing a film for insert in-molding and the film for insert in-molding are provided to secure high adhesive strength of a hard coating layer and to remove scratches formed on the hard coating layer by heating. A method for manufacturing a film(100) for insert in-molding comprises the steps of: preparing a base film(110); forming a hard coating layer(120) on the upper surface of the base film; forming a primer coating layer(130) at the lower surface of the base film; forming a deposited layer(140) on the primer coating layer; printing patterns on the deposited layer; etching the deposited layer printed with the patterns; forming a print layer(160) printing patterns, on the opposite surface of the hard coating layer; forming an adhesive layer(170) by applying an adhesive agent on the print layer; laminating a protective film(180) on the adhesive layer; foaming the base film laminated with the protective film; and trimming the rim of the base film. An unstretched film is used as the base film. The hard coating layer is formed by applying and thermally drying a coating material. The coating material is produced by making the mixture by mixing thermosetting resin and acrylate at the ratio of 1:1 and the mixture by mixing thermosetting resin and toluene at the ratio of 1:1, and mixing each mixture with a toluene solvent, a methyl ethyl keton solvent, and an acetone solvent and melting the mixed material.
