摘要 An OLED device and a driving circuit thereof are provided to enhance yield by reducing an error due to a transistor by generating three illumination control signals using two shift registers. A driving circuit of an OLED(Organic Light Emitting Display) device generates first to third illumination control signals. The first and third illumination control signals are outputted through a first shift register(SR11) of a first signal processing unit. The second illumination control signal is outputted through a second shift register(SR12) of a second signal processing unit. The first shift register of the first signal processing unit receives a clock, a sub-clock, and a first input signal, and generates an output signal of the first shift register. The first signal processing unit includes a first NAND gate and a second NAND gate. The first NAND gate receives the output signal and a dividing signal, and generates the first illumination control signal. The second NAND gate receives the output signal and a sub-dividing signal, and generates the third illumination control signal.
