PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perform a process in response to an image easily and accurately in a cheap configuration. SOLUTION: Image information indicating an image which is subjected to, for example, a high image quality process is sent from an image processing device 20 to an image process controller 40 via a network 60. Device identification information which can identify a throughput of a process part which performs an image process at the image processing device 20 and image identification information which can identify an image to be processed are added to the image information. The image process controller 40 analyzes the image indicated by the image information, and generates control data based on an analysis result and the device identification information to send it to the image processing device 20. The image information corresponding to the image used for the analysis is added to the control data. The image processing device 20 performs the image process according to the control data supplied from the image process controller 40 with respect to the image indicated by the image information added to the control data.
