PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vinyl chloride resin composition blended with a calcium/zinc-based stabilizer, and having a good heat resistance, transparency and appearance. SOLUTION: This vinyl chloride resin composition obtained by blending 0.1 to 20 pts.mass calcium/zinc-based stabilizer and 0.01 to 10 pts.mass polyol compound based on 100 pts.mass vinyl chloride resin is characterized in that the polyol compound is a polyol mixture comprising the pentaerythritol and its condensates, and on expressing the degree of the condensation of the pentaerythritol by (n), the total content of the pentaerythritol of n=1 to 3 and its condensates is 5 to 40 mass% based on the total amount of the polyol mixture.
