<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a precoating orthodontic appliance, having an adhesive with a well-balanced characteristic and feature desired by an orthotist. <P>SOLUTION: This invention discloses orthodontic adhesives and packaged articles including an orthodontic appliance having a base for bonding the appliance to a tooth.
